Kelly’s Chicken Sandwich


1 loaf french bread
1 t olive oil
2 c halved grape tomatoes
saute
add
2 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 T basil
sandwich spread:
1 T whole grain dijon
1 garlic cloved minced
1/4 c mayo
4 oz brie cheese
3 c shredded chicken
2 c fresh spinach
