Chocolate Coconut Pecan Pie

3/4 c cocoa
1/4 c vegetable oil
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 c coconut milk
1.5 c sugar
3 T cornstarch
1/8 t salt
2 eggs
1 t vanilla extract
1 pkg pecans
uncooked pie shell

Mix the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add the eggs, vanilla, cocoa, vegetable oil. Heat the evaporated and coconut milks together, add to the mixture. Add pecans. Bake at 325 for 1 h.

It turns out kind of like a dense, semisweet chocolate mousse in pie form with pecans in it.
