Veggie Burgers


Drain and rinse a can of kidney or black beans. Add ¼ cup oatmeal, one egg, and 1 tsp salt. Mash with a potato masher until it sticks together, and let sit for 10 minutes.
For mixture into patties and put them directly on a skillet with olive oil to cook. Makes 4 burgers.
