Green beans in Tomato Vinaigrette

1 1/2 lbs green beans washed, trimmed, and steamed
Marinated in, and served at room temperature:
3 T balsamic vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
1 large garlic cloved minced
6 T veg oil
2 T fresh basil
2 T fresh parsley
salt to taste
1 lb plum tomatoes seeded and chopped
1/4 c minced red onion
