German Pancakes


6 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2  c milk
3/4 t salt
8 t melted butter
Blend. In 24 muffin tins melt ¼ t butter in hot oven. While pans are still very hot, divide the batter. Bake 425 for 10-15 minutes.
