Cornbread


1 c flour
1 c yellow cornmeal
¼ c sugar
1 T baking powder
½ t salt
1 c whipping cream or milk
¼ c vegetable oil
¼ c honey
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Mix dry ingredients together, stir in liquids until just moistened. Pour into greased 9” square baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.



Food Storage Corn Bread:


1 c. boiling water
1 c. of cornmeal 
1 t. salt 
1 T. oil
1 egg 
1 t.  baking powder
