Puffed Wheat Squares

2/3 c butter
1 c corn syrup
2 c brown sugar
5 T cocoa
10 c puffed wheat
Melt butter in a heavy pan, add corn syrup. Mix the cocoa with the brown sugar and add to mixture. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil but do not cook. Remove from heat as soon as it has reached a rolling boil and pour over 14 cups of puffed wheat. Pour into prepared pans, one 9 x 13 inch and one smaller pan. Take a sheet of waxed paper and press coated puffed wheat into the pan.
