Lemon Loaf





½ c butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ c flour
1 ½ t baking powder
lemon rind (all)
½ c milk
Mix and bake in loaf pan 350 for >45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Topping:
Juice from 1 lemon and ¼ c sugar on top of loaf while still warm.
