2 c graham wafer crumbs
1/3 c melted butter
Blend together to form crumb crust in a 9 inch springform pan.
24 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c sugar, blend with cream cheese, then add:
1/8 t salt
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Beat well. Pour over crust. Bake 350 x 50 minutes or till firm.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 min. Then pour over:
2 c sour cream
1/4 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Blended together well, poured over cheesecake.
Return cheesecake to oven, bake 450 x 10 min.
Cool and Chill.
